The Municipality of the free city of Rust is going to great efforts to create the best possible prerequisites for establishing contact with all citizens of Rust as well as all guests to the free city of Rust

The office in the town hall has is therefore not only open to the public during official office hours, but also during the whole opening hours of the town hall itself.

A "Bürgerservicestelle" (citizens' service info point) has been set up on the ground floor of the town hall for older or physically handicapped persons. Here you can find out who is responsible for dealing with a query and where this person is located in the building or raise any concerns you may have to an employee at the "Bürgerservicestelle" itself if you are not able to climb the stairs to the upper floors.

We therefore hope that the Municipality of the free city of Rust is able to deal with all queries made by the citizens of Rust to their satisfaction.
